Easy Mindfulness Exercises for Kids

Do you need to take 10 minutes for yourself, but feel guilty for putting your kid in front of a screen again? (yes, I 100% know how that feels...none of us are perfect, and I mean *none* of us!)


I got you lady. Don't feel any guilt about putting this video on for your kid, because you will be filling up their bucket, as well as your own (random reference to an absolutely amazing book my kids love - Fill A Bucket - highly recommend!)


Put this 10 minute video on for your kid, once you hit play, they don't need you, so walk away and take 10 minutes for you! They will need a piece of paper and a pen though, FYI :)
