WHY TWEEN & TEEN YOGA MATTERS:

The preteen and teen years can be a lot — rapid growth, social pressure, changing bodies, and endless screens.

Yoga gives kids something they rarely get elsewhere: a space to breathe, move, and reconnect.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, yoga helps them:

What I Offer

Tween Yoga (Ages 9–12)

A fun, screen-free hour to move, stretch, and explore mindfulness. We mix games, music, breathing, yoga and kindness projects — perfect for navigating big feelings.

Teen Yoga + Mindfulness (Ages 13–17)

A midweek reset. Mindful art, community, gentle yoga, breathwork, & meditation, to help teens slow down, recharge, and reconnect.

Yoga for Female+ Teen Athletes (ages 13-17)

Yoga for strength, balance, flexibility, and mental edge. Help your teen athlete develop their growth mindset & self-esteem. A perfect off-season or in-season complement to competitive sports.

I’m Louise Parker — yoga teacher, mom of three, and teen advocate

I specialize in yoga and mindfulness for youth and families because I believe these years matter most.

My classes are heart-centered, trauma-informed, and fun. I want every student to leave feeling grounded, confident, and proud of who they are.
