Louise Parker M.A.
Founder of Louise Simply Fit
Master’s Degree in Psychology | 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher | Trauma-Informed Teen Wellness Specialist
I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology and have spent over five years working with tween and teen girls navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and social pressure. My programs blend evidence-based nervous system regulation with movement, nature, and meaningful connection, so teens don’t just “feel good” for a class or a weekend - they build skills they can carry with them.

Safety & Structure
Where Growth Feels Secure
At Louise Simply Fit, safety is foundational. We operate as a structured youth-serving organization committed to maintaining physically and emotionally safe environments in all programs.
