What people are saying about Junior Yoga Camp with Louise...
“Louise is one of the only teachers in my son’s six years of life to actually recognize his challenges and dig *all the way in* instead of looking for who to blame. She understood immediately his need for nervous system regulation and support for impulse control. She kept his body active and his spirit mindful. He felt seen and heard. After a disastrous free-for-all day camp experience that we had to leave, it was a huge relief to be able to help our son and see his smile at the end of the day. Thank you for helping us.”
Dana V - mom to 6yo Spencer
Where to start! Louise has been a gift to us this year - her program has provided an invaluable resource for my daughter. She has created a space for her to learn and grow in ways that I simply did not have the tools (or the time ) to assist with. Louise’s program is something my daughter looks forward to, it is never forced and she comes home smiling every time.
Sheila - mom to 8 yo Kerry
My kids came home sweaty, laughing, regulated & inspired. Every single day! This is simply something I could not give them. Sign us up for next year!

Junior Yoga Camp FAQs
Will camp be held inside or outside?
As we know, this pandemic continues to change daily. At Louise Simply Fit, the health and safety of our students, families and staff is always the number 1 priority. With that being said, we will plan to run summer camp outdoors, coming inside only for inclement weather.
What is your COVID-19 Policy?
All activities are outside, and students are required to wear masks when they are inside. During partner yoga, students will also be required to wear masks. There will be regular hand washing and/or hand sanitizing available. We request that students stay home if there are any symptoms of COVID-19
What if it rains?
Camp will be held inside, with students & staff required to wear masks, and windows will be left open for ventilation.
What if my child has to use the bathroom?
There is a bathroom right inside, and students will be required to wear a mask.
What are the drop-off & pick up procedures?
Pick up and drop off will be emailed to you upon sign-up.
What if someone else is picking up my child?
As always, a WRITTEN NOTE must be given to the Counselor at drop off (or emailed to Louise ahead of time) if someone other than yourself will be picking up your camper. Please let that person know that we will ask to see their drivers license.
Will there still be snack time?
Yes. We will provide a healthy snack for all of the kids. Each child will be given their own portion of snack (handed out by our staff with gloves and a mask). Snack is ALWAYS NUT FREE - please let Louise know if there are any other allergies.
Does my child have to wear a mask?
-Masks are REQUIRED while indoors. At this time, we are not requiring your child to wear a mask while outdoors. We will leave that decision up to you.
What should my child wear?
Comfy clothing that they will be comfortable doing yoga in
A bathing suit under their clothes for water play
Should my child wear sunscreen?
ABSOLUTELY. It is required that you PRE-APPLY sunscreen before arriving to camp. There are plenty of shaded spots in the yard and we will be in the shade as much as possible.
What does my child need to bring?
Yoga mat (unless it is already stored here)
Change of clothes
When is the balance due?
All summer camp balances will be due on June 1st.
What is the refund policy?
All deposits are non refundable.
All camps are non refundable.
If a student does not show up to camp without letting Louise know ahead of time of their absence, they lose payment entirely.
If there is availability, a transfer may be granted if cancelation is 2 weeks prior to camp and may be used for the same child towards another camp of equal or lesser value.
For last minute cancellations, a 50% refund may be granted ONLY if the spot is filled.
If there is an emergency, please call or email Louise immediately so we can work with you to find the best solution.
