Whether you want to sleep in and savor quiet mornings, or wake up for sunrise yoga and nature walks—it’s entirely up to you. There’s no pressure, just possibilities. Do as little or as much as you’d like. This retreat is about reconnecting with yourself, surrounded by women who get it, in a space that feels like a warm exhale.

We’ll gather in a beautiful private home tucked into the peaceful landscape of Maine—close enough to be convenient, but far enough to feel like a whole new world. Surrounded by nature, this serene setting offers the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. You’ll have access to nearby trails for quiet walks, cozy nooks for journaling or reading, and an inviting hot tub for star-soaked evenings. The house is warm, welcoming, and designed for comfort—an ideal backdrop for rest, reflection, and deep exhaling. It’s everything you didn’t know you needed in a location that feels like magic.

What yoga styles are taught on the retreat?We offer two yoga classes a day on our yoga retreats: a morning Vinyasa flow class which is quite active and invigorating, and a heavenly restorative Yin yoga class in the evening with a longer relaxation. Both classes are suitable for all levels.

Can beginners join?Absolutely! My yoga teaching is alignment focused, which means that it is a great choice to create a solid yoga foundation for beginners, and I modify the classes so you can practice at your own pace.

What type of food will there be on retreat? I have a specific dietary need, will there be options?Delicious food is one of the highlights of my yoga retreats, and I take great care to accommodate all dietary needs and allergies. Each morning, enjoy a buffet-style breakfast featuring a variety of options—eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, smoothies, breads, pancakes, cheeses, and more. A dedicated gluten-free section ensures everyone starts the day well-nourished. Lunch is self-serve and includes deli meats, fresh salads, breads, sandwiches, wraps, fruits, and veggies—perfect for a relaxed midday refuel. Dinner is catered and features wholesome, satisfying meals made with care. Come hungry—you’ll be well-fed!

What times are the yoga classes?The morning Vinyasa yoga classes are from 8:30-10am, and the evening Yin yoga restorative classes are normally around 9-9.30pm. All yoga classes are of course optional.

When should I arrive, and when should I plan to leave?Plan to arrive at some point on Thursday September 4th. We’ll have a group dinner that evening to meet everyone, and yoga classes will start the next morning. The last class will be 8.30-9.30am on Sunday September 7th, and check-out will be 12pm.

How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?A 30% deposit is requested to hold your place, with the balance due on August 1st, 2025.

What is the Cancelation Policy?If you need to cancel your travel arrangements at any time, please email louise.simplyfit@gmail.com. Since we incur costs in canceling your travel arrangements, the following cancelation charges will be payable by you: if you cancel the yoga retreat 90 days or more prior to the retreat date, all payments will be refunded, minus the 30% deposit. If you cancel the yoga retreat between 90 days and your arrival date: 100% of the payments will be forfeited.

What are the accommodations like?All bedrooms are cozy and designed for relaxation, with private baths featuring luxury tub/shower combos. Single Room Enjoy your own private sanctuary—perfect for deep rest and quiet reflection. This premium option is priced for maximum comfort and solitude (limited quantity) Shared Room Connect and unwind with a fellow guest in a shared room, each with your own bed. A balanced blend of community and personal space at a mid-range price. Shared Bed Share a double bed with a friend and save! The most budget-friendly option—ideal for close companions who want to retreat together.
