We’ll gather in a beautiful private home nestled in the quiet landscape of the Berkshires — close enough to be easy, far enough to truly exhale.
Surrounded by trees and open sky, the setting does what your nervous system has been craving: it softens the edges. There are nearby trails for unhurried walks, quiet corners for reading or simply staring out a window, and a warm hot tub for slow evenings under the stars.

The care
Each day follows a steady, spacious rhythm designed to help your nervous system settle. Morning grounding yoga, practical regulation practices you can take home, unhurried walks in nature, quiet time built into the schedule — not squeezed in.
There’s space for a massage, a soak in the hot tub under the stars, reading by the window, journaling, or simply sitting without being interrupted. You can participate fully — or rest deeply. Every offering is optional. Nothing is performative.
This is not about doing more. It’s about giving your body the conditions it needs to exhale. You’ll leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more like yourself — not because you escaped your life, but because you returned to your baseline.
