So very proud to be the story of the week over at It's a Working Project - an incredible organization committed to creating synergistic strategies for families and their work/campus place.
Their purpose and passion is to actively support the American workforce and the private sector to develop strategies for supporting working families, keeping them engaged at work and at home with ease, as a matter of course and with a sense of pride.
Sounds good right?!
Here's my story, including some pretty vulnerable moments about the real-life parenting/work-life struggle.
Tell me your story of working and parenting. Did you decide to stay home? Do you balance working and parenting? Do you work full or part time? What are your struggles? What do you love about it?
