5 Minute Confidence Boosting Yoga Flow




Not sure about you, but I could really do with a boost to my confidence right about now!


As we move into 1 year in a global pandemic, it can really start to weigh on you - the constant juggling, the decision fatigue, not seeing family and friends.


But we NEED to stay resilient. It is OK to feel the big, crappy feelings, but we need to keep going, and to keep being our incredible, powerful, confident selves (saying this to myself as much as anyone else here....)


And science shows that taking up space improves our confidence. Nuts isn't it?! But science works!


So - take up space, embody your confidence and your power, and let's continue to shine.
