Stress Reduction Meditation


If you are anything like me, 2021 has kind of kicked your butt already!


Yes, I know we are only 2 weeks in, but it certainly feels like a lot longer. There is just a LOT right now, and sometimes we just need to peace out from life, and go inside.


I get that it's not always easy though. Before I started on a meditation-mindfulness-zen AF journey, I had NO idea where to start, or what it meant to be able to meditate as a busy mum. I mean, there is ALWAYS something more to do right!? But making time, even 5-10 minutes, for being still, for listening, for allowing your mind to take a break, has been scientifically proven to be good for us, for SO many reasons.


And because of that, I wanted to share this meditation with you that I normally keep for my clients, because I want to pay it forward. I want to give you the gift of quiet!
