The Imperfect Meditator

This is how I meditate when my kids are downstairs and I need a hot secondšŸ‘€


Last week was a lot. Emotionally, logistically, financially. I feel like when we keep it together during the moment, the time comes when it all just hits you. This week it’s hitting me.


I feel super anxious, jittery, not good enough, and just on edge.


So here I am…leaning in to y’all - my village, leaning in to meditation, leaning in to people who lift me up and giving myself some damn gracešŸ˜‰


Do you give yourself the opportunity to lean in when you need to?
