Teen Mindfulness Program
Course Dates: March 25 - April 14, 2024
My proven system is designed to teach young people aged 12 to 16, how to manage feelings of stress, anxiety and worry, through a focus on yoga, meditation, breath work and community (in an age-appropriate & engaging way).
Whether your child is experiencing social phobia, school refusal, anxiety about their body or worries about where their place is in the world, this course will help them to take the driver's seat of their mind and move from feeling anxious to awesome.

- 21 daily videos or lessons ($420 Value)
- Worksheets and digital resources ($200 Value)
- Weekly connection call for your teen, with other participants & an experienced Teen Mentor Facilitator
- Progress Tracking – questionnaires to help monitor your teen's wellbeing and progress.
- A weekly lesson for you the parent, relating to your anxious teen & to offer additional guidance. You will also have access to other parents’ emails in the group (with consent).
- 7 hours of content
This course is designed to support your anxious teen & help them to learn new coping strategies, but it is not a replacement for professional help. If you feel like your teen needs additional support, please reach out to your pediatrician for guidance on next steps.
