Louise Parker is the founder and CEO of Louise Simply Fit, a yoga instructor & meditation practitioner, and a holistic wellness guide.

Passionate about helping women to feel empowered, she helps women to discover (or re-discover) a love and respect for themselves, through simple but effective toolkits, real, down-to-earth mindfulness techniques, guided meditations, and 1:1 life coaching.


Louise knows how hard it can be to develop that deep sense of self after becoming a mum - she is a mum to 3 little, crazy, energetic, loving, 'extra' kiddos herself! She knows how it feels to lose yourself in some way after becoming a mum, and how isolating and overwhelming that can feel. She also knows how to get yourself back! Louise is here to help guide you through this season of life with loving, kind and real-life mindful strategies.

A UK native who moved to the US over 16 years ago, Louise holds a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology, and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology & Social Policy. Louise is a board member of Maternal Spotlight, and she loves to run, practices yoga and meditation daily and outside of a pandemic, one of her biggest passions is traveling the world with her kids & husband.
