YOGA CLASSES
Louise Parker has been practicing yoga for close to 20 years. She recently trained in the Yoga Shanti method of practice, and certified as a 200YT yoga teacher. She will soon be working towards her 300 hour YTT certification with Yoga Shanti.
The Yoga Shanti method of practice was created by Rodney Yee & Colleen Saidman, and is deeply established in the roots of the Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga traditions, but in an innovative and responsive way to modern life. Recognized as one of the most welcoming, uplifting and safest styles of yoga to practice, there truly is a place for anyone willing to step onto a yoga mat.
Louise is passionate about creating a yoga experience that is inclusive, welcoming and empowering, from students to seniors; from the most agile to the most fragile; from the beginner to the senior teacher; and everyone in between! Please see the descriptions of the classes to find the class that will best suit your needs.
If you don’t see it there, please be in touch and let’s start a conversation!

COVID PRECAUTIONS
To comply with social distancing measures to keep our communities safe, all yoga classes are currently online in a Zoom setting. Using this type of setting gives you the personal feedback on your physical yoga practice, that is so key in creating and maintaining a safe and enjoyable yoga practice.
Please join me on the mat, and help our whole communities stay
connected during this time of physical separation.
LIVE
YOGA CLASSES
Bringing the yoga class to YOU. We will practice live on Zoom so your practice is always seen and you receive real-time feedback, to ensure safety and growth.
This is yoga with all the support, personal interaction, and accountability of a studio class — but one you can take from wherever you are.
TWEEN YOGA
“When you are happy, confident and proud of
yourself, you radiate beauty”
Goal Amir-Yaffe
Tweens are amazing and they are awkward, and they are everything in between! They are über impressionable, and learning the concepts of yoga at this important age can have huge lasting impacts throughout the teenage years.
In my tween yoga classes I teach techniques to manage stress, grounding meditations, fun ways to move their bodies, breath techniques to use when they are feeling overwhelmed, and SO much more. We do all of this in a fun way, because let's be honest...as much as our tweens crave independence and maturity, they also still love to play games!
