What people are saying about Tween Yoga Camp...

“Louise’s yoga camp is my 11 year old daughter’s favorite camp! Louise has an amazing ability to lead a group of kids with different personalities and needs and ensure that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys themselves. The activities provide the kids with an opportunity to reflect on themselves and their place in the community, and are also a lot of fun. I would recommend this for any kid.”

Jacquie, mom

“We couldn’t have been happier to have our 10 year old attend Louise’s tween yoga camp last summer. The beauty of the camp is the effort Louise puts into combining yoga, social activities, community-based activities and just plain fun!

Can’t wait to see what this year brings!!”

Roopa, mom

"I loved making up our own yoga dance
to show our families at the end of the
week. I was a bit nervous at first, but it
really helped to improve my confidence in myself"
Josie, camper

"I loved making the snack bags for the
Somerville Homeless Coalition. It was a lot of fun,
and I really felt like I was making a difference"

Devi, camper

"My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her Tween Yoga Camp week with Louise. She loved doing yoga and learning new poses, making new friends at the same time. She also had a lot of fun cooling down at the end of each session with some water play and doing it all in such an inviting backyard setting."

Meg, mom

“My 2 daughters attended Louise’s tween yoga camps and have gained so much self confidence in themselves. Louise adapts the curriculum to best fit the children’s behavior and attitude, to easily teach them with ease and grace.

Louise is great!! She embodies the phrase “it takes a village” as she not only teaches the yogis to be strong, unique individuals, but also to be upstanding community members”

Jaime, mom

"My favorite part of camp was stand-up paddling with yoga. That was SO much fun! I learned that it's

really hard to balance on a paddle board

when you're trying to do tree pose!"

Amara, camper
