It took me a really long time to figure out where I wanted to be in life, what I wanted to do and how I would achieve success in it. In March 2016 it hit me…..I needed to take a step, ANY step into digging deeper so I could figure out what was going to make me truly happy so I could feel fulfilled and experience true joy.

My first step was leaning into something I knew I had control over. My health journey. I was 6 months pregnant with my 3rd baby, and selfceare was pretty non-existent amongst the hustle and bustle of family life.

After a few weeks of making the intentional decision of working out and eating less rubbish, I knew this was it. I NEEDED to help other mamas to see how important it was to put themselves first. So, right then and there I signed up to be a Health & Fitness Coach. This was step #2. I was making progress. {Even if I had NO idea where that progress was going to take me.} 

I immediately dove in and fell in love with the concept of helping other women FEEL amazing in their own skin. (Little did I know this was just the tip of the iceberg.) Feeling good in your own skin is #EPICAF but it’s not the end of your health journey and heck, sometimes it can’t even be the beginning of your journey. 

True & total transformation comes from focusing on THE BIGGER OVERALL PICTURE. 

That’s when I realized finding true happiness expanded WAY beyond just health and fitness. It consisted of focusing on 3 different areas of life – mind, body and soul.

It truly only takes one small step in the right direction to get the wheels turning – don’t try to boil the ocean, because you will fail before you’ve even got started! “Small, seemingly insignificant steps completed consistently over time will create a radical difference” -Darren Hardy

My goal is to help you overcome your obstacles, whatever they may be. To help you live a true life of purpose and satisfaction. To serve your true calling. No more waiting for tomorrow or for the next special occasion. No more putting your purpose on the back burner. No more putting you last.
